The Scottish Government's budget control limits will rise from £31,869m
in 2017-18 to £32,679m
in 2018-19. This represents an increase of 2.5%
in cash terms and an increase of 1.0%
in real terms.

Revised Total Scottish Budget numbers for 2017-2018 are calculated using totals of L2 spend from 2018-2019 Draft Document, as the total was not provided as a single figure in the 2018-19 draft document.
All figures are shown net of Scottish Parliament and Audit Scotland spending, which for 2018-19 was £109.6m.
We have used the Real Terms Deflator from the HMRC GDP Deflator tables that were current when the 2018-19 Draft Budget Document was published. This is in line with the Scottish Government Budget Draft document published in Nov 2017.
